Transparency and governance

Clear stewardship requires clear reporting.

MREH Foundation treats governance, disclosure, and security reporting as part of the foundation’s operating discipline. Public information should match what the organization can responsibly maintain.

Governance structure

Board oversight and program stewardship

The foundation intends to maintain board-level oversight of mission, stewardship priorities, and material policy decisions. Program and operational responsibilities are expected to remain explicitly assigned so that accountability is visible and reviewable.

Decision-making

Review before dependence

Decisions with long-term operational consequences should be reviewed for mission fit, security implications, financial sustainability, and maintainership burden before they become embedded in routine delivery.

Reporting posture

What the foundation aims to publish

  • Core governance information and stewardship updates
  • Program summaries and material initiative changes
  • Funding or support disclosures at an appropriate level of specificity
  • Security contact information and responsible disclosure expectations

Public reporting detail should expand alongside operating capacity and legal obligations, not ahead of them.

Disclosure baseline

Current placeholder language

This repository includes careful baseline transparency language suitable for a new static presence. Before production launch, replace placeholder domain, mailing, and organizational registration details with confirmed information.

Review security policy

Security disclosure

Report vulnerabilities responsibly

Security issues should be reported privately to security@mreh.foundation. The foundation aims to acknowledge credible reports within three business days and to coordinate follow-up with discretion and good faith.

Administrative note

Production details still require confirmation

Legal registration numbers, confirmed mailing details, and any audited financial references should only be published once formally verified. This baseline site intentionally avoids inventing those specifics.
